“ Just left here at 5212024 140 pm. You guys need to fire the people doing drive thru, your company will lose money because of them. They are rude and act like they hate their jobs, especially the black chick whos making people orders. She tried to make my drinks, but walked out of view with them after we had words about her attitude. So I asked for my money back, and went to the sonic on camino al norte. Better service! Id be willing to bet my last dollar that if you put hidden cameras in there you would catch them spitting in peoples drinks. Be careful going here if you see this review! Came back as of 91324 244 the person who was at the windows attitude was a lot better, although the guy who made my drink didnt put the top on the slushie all the way so it spilled in my car. But nonetheless the attitude of the young lady was good 4225 256 pm person at the window denae has great customer service please keep her and give her a raise . This store location has done such a big turn around since they hired a new GM and new employees. The food is fresh now and the employees are so awesome that even my kids notice it. Thank you guys because now I dont have to drive all the way to camino al norte when I live 3 minutes from this location. ”
“ The only reason I gave this place a 1 star on service was because we just got done ordering. This guy comes to our window and asked us if we ordered the Oreo blast. We told him no we ordered a Reeses blast he tries to argue with us about the order and we reconfirm to him we did not order the Oreo blast. He rolls his eyes at us and huffs walking away. Tells the other gentleman about our order and we clearly hear him say that the Oreo blast was for the car behind us. The gentleman was always been so nice and helpful towards us and love his service but not the other guys. On top of the nasty service, I didnt get my receipt his whole uniform attire was tshirt and sagging to where you could see everything. For the amount of years we have lived here and came to this sonic we never have had this type of issue with anyone. This guy needs some retraining. ”
